Good product to aid immunity. I encourage daily usage. My wife had coughing fits and frequently caught colds, but thankfully this winter she has avoided the flu and her cough has vanished too. I really appreciate its good value for money; it doesn’t have a garlic taste at all. I highly recommend it!
